At Last! A Real Breakthrough in the Financing of Kit and Transportable Homes.

Up till now, Relocatable and Kit Homes were almost impossible to finance. Lenders would finance these properties but only after they were on the site, on stumps, wired and plumbed. They would not finance a relocatable home before it left the factory. Of course, the builders of kit and transportable homes wanted their money before they would leave the factory. This meant that the owner could only finance the home AFTER it was established on their land. A real Catch 22 if ever there was one. Not any More!

At ABC Mortgages we now have a lender on our panel who will finance the purchase of the kit or removeable home, the transport and installation costs and all plumbing and wiring, up to 80% of the value of the property. The financing is done in stages, much like a normal construction loan, but the important difference is that the home will be funded by the lender BEFORE it leaves the factory.
